This course is intended for professionals and amateurs who have already studied Level 1 Mezcal Specialist and are interested in learning at greater depth about Oaxaca’s wild Agaves.
Discovering the enormous variety of Agave existing in different regions throughout Oaxaca, its ancestral and modern history, and all the knowledge preserved up to our era, is at your fingertips.
This course will also delve into proper service aspects of Fine Spirits (Mezcal), ranging from service at a restaurant with a Michelin star to a casual and rustic tasting.
A Mezcal Sommelier title entails understanding theory, service and organoleptic analysis.
